Hi, my name is Olga. I am a Certified Personal Trainer by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor by American Council on Exercise (ACE).  My goal is to help my clients be ‘fit, healthy, energetic and thriving you not only now, but well into your old age’.

There’s no question that strength, endurance, flexibility and balance are a crucial part of good quality of our life now AND later. However, other integral and synergistic pillars of well-being include Nutrition, Mindfulness and stress management, as well as Social Connections with our tribe.

As such, besides regular strength training I practice daily meditation, sound sleep and nutrition (most of the time ;-)), yoga, breathing, as well as new approaches like Intermittent Fasting, Prolonged Fasting, Keto, Cold Water Plunges, etc. It a journey, with its wins and lessons learned, about self, human body and our psychology. Besides helping myself, I believe these practices allow me to be a more compassionate and a well-rounded resource for my clients.I am a 37-year old woman, a mother, and a partner who loves and appreciates life in every way. My journey brought me from ‘skinny’ to gaining unhealthy weight (10 kg in 3 months), losing it (over a year), being pregnant, then having postpartum depression, postnatal weight loss and mental healing.

I am very passionate and constantly update my education, participate in seminars, listen, read, and watch content on fitness, the overall health, and longevity.
